I need a Preschool Franchise Department structure as follows: Head of Franchise reporting to CEO Franchise Aquisition Executive - 4 (they will be deployed for 4 individual zones as Territory Incharge for their respective zones) Operations Manager - 2 (Each Operation Manager will cater to 10 centres) Academic Program Specialist - 1 Support content writer - 1 who will be working under the Academic program specialist Marketing & Branding - 1 KRA has to be defined for the respective positions and KPI's with weightage to be designed as well.
