I can fix this error, I have worked full time with Magento last 5 years, currently maintaining many Magento website including my own. I am used to solve errors like this. I recognize this error, I have used the shopby module some time ago. Is this module disabled or changed? It might be that the reference to it still exist in the database and has to be manually removed.
