Fix photo displaying above video plus -

In the Dashboard (Wordpress)...there is a place to add a photo...I did this but it does not display. I suspect because it was originally for 125x125 ad. I need it to accept any size photo and then display portrait size...whatever will fit and still look good. Centered above the video on each page. I need Home removed from Home Page Above where it says David Drew For Stow Law Director. I need the logo moved to the right about 1/2cm. Time Until Election: Primary Election is Tuesday, September 8, 2015 General Election is Tuesday, November 3, 2015 I need a clean countdown below each one. It needs to show as a widget on the right. Countdown should be Month Day year Hours, minutes, seconds. Show the seconds rolling. Then at the bottom put: Don't Forget to vote! This will replace the counter I have up now... I know this is a really small project...but consider it an interview for a web design project.
