I understand you require someone to do the following : 1. Install Centos 7 (Sadly Centos 8 is not supported by cPanel yet). 2. Set up easyapache and optimize the server to make your sites load as fast as possible. 3. Set up cloudflare - as a cpanel plugin or in case you have a cloudflare service separate, make it work flawlessly with your sites and mail. 4. Set up your mailserver so your emails arent treated as spam - set up dns, ptr records, spf and DMARC perhaps? If I may be of service please send me a message :)
