Help configure Bind or PowerDNS at a Centos server for external use

R$24-45 BRL / hour

I have a centos server at [login to view URL] . I need to used it as my own resolver for my local (at other country) machines. in other words, instead of using 8.8.8.8 as DNS for my owm machines i need to have my own server so i can set some static DNS entries. Server was configured by HFW staff and powerdns is already installed but i have no idea what to do after, what to set at firewall to allow what i need and i will also need help to set the static dns entries.
