Cloud altcoin trading bot

I'm looking for a single developer or a team of developers to help me start this project. First of all you need a profound knowledge of altcoins, Linux, currency trading, money markets, trading strategies, trading algorithms, artificial intelligence. You or your team should also be willing to become 49% partner of the company founded with this software. Meaning, your time and development skills are your buy-in into the company. The other owner is me, the founder, besides business knowledge I bring 20 years of professional IT knowledge, the server infrastructure and hosting, which I will also maintain. I expect you to be in here for the long haul like me, doing honest business and making money together. Now onto the project: I wish to build a trading bot like, for example, haasonline.com. The bot should be capable of HFT and should make profits. I expect the bot to be scalable, do simulations backtesting etc.. The bot should have an easy to use web interface for users and all regular strategies should be implemented. Bot should be able to speak with all current exchanges and communicate and display results in realtime. Most importantly the bot should be solid, stable and secure. As we're offering a commercial service, a service which potentially could burn a person's money reliability and security should be a number one focus. Please do not respond if; you don't meet the requirements you're not willing to become a partner and invest your time and skills into this project you're English is not perfect you do no not have a strong background development for trading, financial institutions, money markets, etc you do not have solid skills in artificial intelligence and sentiment analysis.
