I'm an experienced software engineer specialized in java. I'm familiar with web development using jsp, servlets, javascript,etc. I'm familiar with frameworks such as spring, struts2, hibernate, etc. I can do both front end development as well as back end development. If you are interested I can show some web developments I've done using jsp.

I am having enough experience in Jsp as well as VB. experience in both technologies will make transition much easier.
