Modifications are needed for an existing PDF Form. It is expected that this project will require javascript. The file to be edited is attached ([login to view URL]) and the requirements file is attached (Adobe A7 Form Requirements [login to view URL]). The requirements are listed as either "Currently Complete, must stay satisfied by the new code" or "Needs to be completed". Tasks 5-9 should be rather straight forward. Code is expected to be required for requirements 2, 3, and 12. ** Developer must have access and know how to work with spawned templates in Adobe Acrobat DC.
