Need help fixing client side prediction bug

I am working on a real time 3d game in javascript and [login to view URL] I am using [login to view URL] for my physics engine. I am trying to implement client side prediction so that the physics simulation runs on the client and the server to prevent delay. I am unable to get the client physics state to synchronize with the server physics state. I have made a simulation where the client and server are in the same file and they still are not matching up [login to view URL] I have example code there, and go more in depth into my issue
