Bootstrap 3 convert to REACT static template

I need this bootstrap 3 template converted to a REACT template. It has 2 pages ( [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ) that is using jquery 3x, datatables and datepicker. here is the code [login to view URL] . Requirements : - This is a static template - Develop all in VS Code - The app container is id="portal-app" so don't change the overall layout except what's in portal-app. - Add 2 links on the hamburger menu ( you can just hard code it ) to point to "/" as Home and "/details" as Details. - Use hash route for routing - Use react-bootstrap - I need it to work on IE11, Chrome and Firefox. - Look at my sample src files ( [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ) as a general setup - Before doing the details, show me your progress on the Home page ( [login to view URL] ) to be sure we are on the right track - give me the the Git link to your progress.
