Front End Application/Web Developer Needed

Hello people, I tried to get a freelancer by the hour but realized that there are so many different thing attached to a hire that I do not want to deal with. The project I'm looking to build is pretty much like this. I'm a back end developer; I do Java, C++, MySQL and some front end development. However, my time is spent mostly in back end and I want to dedicate myself to do only so. For that I'm looking to find an motivated front end developer that is willing to work with me to build some projects in the next year. In reallity, I would provide some money to the person, but will also negotiate some part of partnership if desired. The goal is build about 10 websites (1.0 versions) and phone apps by next year. And keep improving the ones that we liked later. There are endless possibilities, however I already have some ideas in a paper. And I have been already working some documentation around it. For you to be selected... You do not need to be an EXPERT at the moment; but at least you have to have a strong interest in becoming an expert front end developer. You need to show passion for what front end developers do. Images, Human Computer interaction and so on. There are some games that will need to be developed. So it is good if you already know some of HTML5 or PlayN API from Google. I'm using in the back end Java's Play Framework 2.0 and they use Scala programming language for the templates. You can also use Groovy, or even plain html5 css3. That would be up to you to choose, but you have to show interest in having the best looking web pages. For this project I want to open for an easy start up project which is going to be a "Money Management System" like a Quicken site but online. I know there are sites already doing that but we want to get some nice awesome reporting and automations to it. What I'm looking for again is help in the front end part. If you want to compliment my work and dedicate to front end development full time, then apply. If you do back end, then this might not be for you. Also, I'm not looking for a team to bid on this, I want a responsible commited freelancer just like me looking for a chance to build awesome sites that would make you profit or you get paid instantly for it. In any case, we would need to sign an agreement and get this moving soon. Looking forward to finding a motivated front end developer to work with.
