Clean up, Fix, write 3 short Java Script functions

I am working on my first webGL project and need some assistance on the syntax - fixing three functions in java script. (I don't know java script). What I have is a list of points defined in "function getPoints()" These have the coordinates of radius and x. The function "function getVertices()" should turn this into an array of x, radius and theta. The function "function getIndices()" returns the indices for the vertices of triangles. I need these three functions cleaned up and working together in java script. Adding the additional code to plot these as a GL_TRIANGLE_STRIP in a webGL canvas would also be of interest but not required for this project. See the attachment for the functions.
