I have a very simple Java Chat program. I want someone to help me add some reliability to it as it runs over UDP. I have all the logic and processes documented, and only need someone to code it for me. The project takes around 2 hours for 1 person. Notes: -Project can be awarded now and should be done within 6 hours starting from when it is awarded. - Full payment milestone will be made, and released after project delivery, where all specifications are met (very easy). I've got pretty extensive experience with Java, particularly with networking. I'm assuming you want to transition your application from UDP to TCP. UDP is, by design, "unreliable," whereas TCP guarantees delivery of data in the correct order.
