If you would consider implementing this in Java, I would love to do this. I have done similar work earlier where delta divergence (buy ticks vs sell ticks) is calculated and alerts thrown out real time when a particular value of delta divergence, open interest change or volume threshold has crossed in a 5 minute bar.
