I want a site like [login to view URL] (clone). I am a very experienced software engineer working on C# ASP.Net MVC and I would like someone or some team for a project like this. From design to implementation. I do not know if I am going to implement any pieces of this project because I do not have the time. I want full documentation and comments for every action and function of the code written. We will be working together as far as it goes for directions from me to you. I want an estimation on the budget and time needed. I want this project to be built on C# ASP.Net MVC JQuery Bootstrap and SQL Server. Please examine [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] because I think it is less buggy… (use google translator). I know that it may take some of your time but I would like you to go on and Send me a detailed requirements spec document. Please note that you must add to this :: 1. Payment integration for the subscribers to pay their subscription, 2. And an admin panel. I would like to be able to see a list (grid) of the subscribers… I could be able to sort this list by subscription date, subscription end date and other fields, and see their individual profiles, and I should be able to take actions on their accounts… Please add these to your task list for review. Also basic requirements as asked are: 1. To find a beautiful bootstrap 3 template for the site, 2. Use svn always so that I can review the code and make suggestion, even write some code myself, 3. Use extensive comments in every function and a document specifying what each function of each controller does… I know that it may take some of your time, Please note that your time will be appreciated as I am going to post 3-4 similar jobs almost immediately after this post! So If you don’t make the cut on this one, you will probably make it for another of my jobs...

If my bid is not to high, please contact me (in chat) and we could clarify some questions, e.g. erodate is different with quiver (so why should I browse it if you want a clone of quiver), what kind of payments you would need, etc.
