Accountable Care Organization (using ASP.NET)

Worked on “Accountable Care Organization”, and is based on US Health Care System. I have worked on development of “File Watcher” and it is windows application which is used to upload Continuity of Care Document (CCD) files or (CCDA) Consolidated Care Document Architecture files which are in the xml format. These files contain the information about patient which can be referred by the providers who are part of the health care system. This windows application is included with the Windows service, which is also developed by me, that runs in the background while application will be off. This whole windows application including windows service is connected with the web service where we can share the CCD or CCDA file with the server. Also I have worked on the “Shifox” and “EHR” which are the web applications, in which I have developed the Task module where the Provider can assign the task for other providers by referring the patients name to him. This whole development is done in MVC razor using C# where I have designed the web pages using HTML 5 and written the JQueries for the respective events which are to be performed in the web application. Environment: ASP.NET with C#, MySQL Team size: 4 Members
