iPhone Flutter Fix Dialing (READ THE DESCRIPTION)

You must have a mac and an iPhone for this project. I have a flutter project. I have been able to put it on an Android phone and an iPhone. It has a phone dialing feature. It works perfectly on the Android. On the iPhone it does not dial, or even throw an exception when I call--it just does nothing. I am using the url_launcher dart package to do the dialing. I need to fix the dialing issue. All that needs to be done is get the iPhone to dial. If I award the project to you and you accept, I will send the zipped project. Your deliverable is instructions (including maybe code snippets) that I can use to fix the project on the Mac. I do not want the fixed project back, I want instructions to fix my project.
