fintas is a young company that specializes in web development and online marketing. We are dedicated to creating the perfect online profile including websites, social media, apps, SEO and more for our clients. To do so, we’re looking for an Online Marketing Manager(m/f) with drive and ambition. This position requires a self-starter, someone who can understand the business needs of our clients and can make a link between those and our product portfolio. Although the focus is on project management and consulting, we are seeking a hands-on personality who can implement and execute a great deal of the product portfolio. You will be driving the project with assigned clients and be the link between our client and other team members. We are building a team, so instead of hiring just another freelance worker, we are looking for fully dedicated team members!  Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Planning and organization of internal processes related to online marketing Being the link between clients and our team, owning the relationship Planning and implementation of various online marketing measures such as display advertising, SEM, content marketing, e-mail marketing, affiliate marketing, etc ... Conception and monitoring of the implementation of websites, webapps, apps, etc ... Development of content strategies Management of social media channels Occasional meetings with our clients Observing trends in digital marketing Must-Haves – You are … a native or bilingual German speaker and speak English fluently a creative writer (German & English) for internal and external communication a professional in the whole field of online marketing including Analytics, SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media, etc. digitally proficient with experience in selling online marketing solutions an individual with excellent conversation skills and business acumen in a home-office environment (PC or laptop, reliable internet, headset and webcam) Nice-To- Haves – You have … an eye for detail and good telephone voice experience with Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) experience with HTML, CSS and WordPress or other CMS systems experience with the Zoho software suite What you can expect fintas stands for innovation – we are flexible for our customers with a clear business purpose.
