CRO, Funnel Building, and Digital Marketing Expert Needed

About us: We are an e-commerce business providing professional desktop 3D printing solutions to schools and businesses. We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization, Funnel Builder, and Digital Marketing Expert to join our Ecommerce Unit. We are in the process of doing an entire website re-build of our Shopify store and want to bring on a new member to assist with this to optimize and grow our digital sales. We are looking for an expert who can work with Shopify, Google Analytics, Email automation, Funnel building, PPC advertising, Facebook ads, SEO, and to help implement CRO improvements to boost online Shopify store sales Objective: We are focusing on not only driving more traffic to our store but also to better convert these visitors into buyers, grow our average order value, and repeat customer base for key products in the 3D printer category. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, IT, Management or related field with 1-3 year experience OR 3-5 year experience working in a similar capacity Experienced in setup and reporting different kinds of A/B testing MUST be familiar and proficient with A/B testing software like Optimizely, Visual Web Optimizer, Google Experiments, among others (don’t apply if you don’t have experience with any of this softwares) Knowledge of Funnel Marketing systems Knowledge of Google Analytics Advanced English level is also required Strong organizational skills Highly analytical and results driven Reliably meet goals & deadlines Affinity for solving complex challenges Highly motivated, resourceful problem solver with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced and challenging environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Winning attitude, adaptable, willingness to learn, coachable
