Backlink from high page rank spa/massage websites to increase page rank

We need 150 backlinks PR4 + higher. We require 20 PR6+ PERMANENT backlinks, 50 PR+5 PERMANENT backlinks, and 80 PR+4 PERMANENT backlinks. Links must be from English languages websites only. Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established, and fully active. The links must be added gradually with the pace of 10 per day. So All the links will be finished after 15 days of starting the project. Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for.
