I would first try to understand your target segment details like gender, age group, demographics, etc. Then we need to come up with a USP(unique selling proposition) that should appeal your target segment. Next step would be to identify how or by what means we communicate this USP to your target segment. Since your business is in the online space, we would essentially utilize online channels (Adwords/Facebook) I would also analyse your product offering and see if any specific marketing model can be applied to your offering, lets say skimming for instance and if yes, then a plan around how we do it in the online space. We can discuss the strategy in detail. I have done assignments like these before for quite a few start-ups and should be able to pull it off pretty well for you as well.
