Chinese lunar calendar app (for ios)

Hi, I need to someone to create a Chinese Calendar app for iPhone and maybe for iPad too depending on the cost/budget. Chinese lunar calendar is different from the western calendar. So I'd like to have an iOS app that will let users select or type a birthday (day/month/year), and then, the app will direct to a page to indicate their Chinese Zodiac sign and maybe a link to more info to a webpage, or better yet, if the info on the website can be pulled into the page dynamically. - preferably someone who is familiar/experienced with lunar calendar development already.
