Android Developer with POS experience

Experienced Android developers wanted for feasibility assessment. Our project entails capturing POS data via Android's NFC APIs made available in Gingerbread. The captured data will then be made accessible via the cloud. The initial phase of the project will be focused on feasibility, followed by a full build of the mobile app. Candidates should have experience creating compelling Android apps. Experience with Agile and/or Extreme Programming is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with POS and/or NFC experience. UPDATE: To clarify some of the questions we have received - Initially, we would like to get just a technical assessment. In other words, we would like to know if we can successfully complete a POS transaction and capture the data from the transaction, using the NFC api in Android's latest SDK. Examples of questions that will need to be assessed include: 1) What information is needed to be passed to the POS terminal to complete a NFC transaction (do we only have to pass a credit card's number, or do we need to read and copy the credit card information via the credit card's NFC chip)? 2) To what extent does the current Android SDK facilitate this functionality via the NFC APIs (can we capture the data, do we have to use a credit card with NFC functionality or will any credit card work, can a NFC capable phone read and/or emulate a NFC capable credit card's NFC functionality, etc.)?
