I can make the app sync with dropbox, so your pictures will be available on your dropbox folder on any other devices, which I think it would be really useful. I'm a senior iOS developer located in Moldova, and I think I can pull this off in about a week if you dont need a web service / backed for this stuff. It will be about 60-80 hours of work.
