Shopify Theme ~ Review code and find a bug

Background. We have a bug on our Shopify website. Its tied to a theme we use ( District [login to view URL] ) and is triggered by mobile Safari, mobile Chrome and Safari on Mac. The bug occurs on collection pages and prevents product images loading. The bug can be viewed on the attached video where the images for the products aren't loading. Other information. The bug doesn't occur with Chrome. The bug is fixed by a mouse action on a desktop brower. There is no fix know on mobile. Shopify support are blaming the theme developer. I feel it could be tied to the mouse over action on the images in a collection page. Objectives. Fix the bug. Result. 1. Fix the bug allowing us to test it on ios and Mac to prove its working. 2. Email us an explanation of what was causing the bug. 3. Test and make sure the fix is working in Ie, Chrome and Safari in Mobile and Desktop.
