I have been let down by another developer before and I don't want that to happen again. Therefore, I am seeking to hire a Professional Programmer only that can complete my request. You will not get paid up front. When the job is complete, you will get paid. I don't want to go through the hassle of chasing my money. I have some unique Ideas that are special, That’s Beneficial that no one has at this point. I am trying to Hire a computer programmer that can bring my exact ideas alive.
