Make desktop website mobile friendly. Back end is done, just FE needs doing (mobile friendly verision)

This website is a 10 page portal - meaning there are 10 pages that a user can visit. I have created a website that is fully functional, but is not mobile friendly. The site does the following - user logs in - user adds profile details (text and number based data types) - user uploads documents (images) - user presses buttons to confirm their membership - user can see a notifications page and text information - user can refer friends by creating referal links. this is all the website does, its not a big site, its just a back end portal for members to register their details by uploading images and adding their profile details (like name, age ,address). Its fully working on desktop browser - the back end API is complete. I am looking for a FE dev that can recreate the whole FE of the site mobile friendly to use the current back end API. also if anyone has cool idea on how to auto take photos with mobile phone of documents (ID and letter documents) that would be a bonus because it would make the user experience more fluid. Price will depend on your proof of experience. If you have no examples of related work then price will be lower.
