build webpage in .net (c#) for ethereum transaction updates

Hello, 1) I need a webpage having functionality to receive transaction update for every received ethereum transaction to that address. Every received transaction should be updated instantly with transaction hash , from address and received ethereum amount in to the table in database (sql server). 2) I need another webpage having functionality of sending "Ethereum based tokens" to the address inserted in the table. After every successful send, transaction hash and status of that row should be change/updated. Note: No designing required. Need only functional webpage in .net(c#) - sql server 2008. Developer should provide all the required environment setup details.
