Bootstrap Theme Pages HTML

I have a boot strap theme that I am using to build an admin portal. I require the user interface to be created for 9 of the pages. The theme I am using is included as a link below. I will be able to provide you with all the documentation etc. I will provide you with wire frames for how I think the pages should look. I have included one example attached, the other pages have similar complexity. I require you to create attractive user interfaces based upon the sketches I have provided. The default colours etc for the theme are to be used. The design must be responsive to window size changes (like in the demo for the theme where there is two columns as the window shrinks it goes to a single column). I expect that if you are unsure what is required on a page to ask and I will give you answers to any questions you may have. You will not be required to create any graphs, charts or use javascript to create elements. You will be required to use good techniques when coding. I require nested elements to be indented using tabs, real names to be used. Where it is not obvious why or how you have achieved something you will need to use comments (<!-- comment -->) to explain your choices. I have set up a git hub repository and expect you to use this, you will push to github each time a page is complete. I will setup payment points for each page you complete. The framework uses php. I do not require you to use php (only HTML) but you will need php running to make the pages load correctly. You will only be required to use HTML but you may need to include JS files from the theme for a page if they are required. In your bid please include that you are happy to work with git hub and if you have worked with this particular theme before (it’s okay if you have not as it’s not that hard to use). Please also mention that you are happy to use good coding practices. A lot of the work you will be able to copy from the theme, and some of the work will be able to be copied and slightly edited from page to page.
