Adding additional features to a rails web application

I have a project where you need to add the static code analysis for C/C++ such as [1] CPP CHECKER & [2] KLOCWORK to a existing ruby on rails app called Jackhammer vulnerability management tool ([login to view URL]). This tool is developed in ruby language and it already contains 14 different scanners to scan web applications, mobile and networks. I want this tool to have the above mentioned scanners [1] & [2] so that when i upload C/C++ source code the tool should evaluate and find the vulnerabilities and display them on dashboard.
