Create CSS code that would enable HTML list to have popout submenu

The issue is that the css doesn't provide for drop downs, either in very wide viewports or smaller viewports like mobile. You'll note there is some JS in the head that rewrites the HTML to give the menu items certain classes THe job is to write CSS that works to make the sub <LI> a visible popout navigation One important detail is that the nav HTML (the list code) is output by a content management system, so that can't be altered except by javascript rewrite (which you can see in the head). You can alter that javascript rewrite to use other classes or change the HTML in any other way you need to make it work. Any new CSS should be included in a new stylesheet apart from those already referenced in the HTML template.
