Chrome extension needed. Basically it will allow you to use twitter in its window (instead of opening a website). Design will be provided, you will need to cut it, work your html/css magic and then finish the extension using twitter API. If you have not created an extension before - basically it is the same as creating a website using html/css and javascript (look it up). Best to keep bids under hundred dollars. If I understand well, the extension will do the following : - you click on the icon on the webbrowser to open the extension window - you enter your twitter informations (it is saved for the next time) - you have a textarea and a submit button to send twits I can do this in one day.
