Build an Online Store

I am working with an existing Wordpress theme purchased from Envato (theme is Enfold responsive). I am needing a skilled developer with excellent communication and knowledge of Wordpress to help me create a shop that can successfully do the following: • Allow members to create an account to shop online • Store members past orders for easy future ordering • On checkout, prompt the the user to purchase an in-store membership and/or voucher • Tally points per online spend to use in-store • Ability to purchase Skype/video consultation blocks available only on certain days, with available times on those days seen by the purchaser. Purchaser can select the time block that suits them. This feature must allow for the site administrator to change days/times, and block out certain times throughout the week. • While video consultation is in progress between purchaser and site admin, purchaser can see products appear in their cart for purchase. If this option is not available, site admin will add products to purchasers cart with a $40 credit (credit only valid for 48 hours). • Ability to purchase a voucher through the shop with set dollar values i.e. $30, $50, $100 etc. Customer to select whether they would like a digital certificate (sent to them via email to print at home), to pick up voucher in-store (two store locations), or to have voucher sent to them via post (set postage fee to be applied in checkout). Other functionality required: • Sign up to become a member, where customer provides details and in return receives $40 credit in checkout (redeemable AFTER Skype/video consult). Points above are requirements that have come from my client. I understand that components of these points will require further explanation and investigation, and I am open to discussion. However, points above will give you a details idea of the level of skill required to execute the task. Second most important to the required skill is the level of communication.
