Build a simple web application for guessing a photo

Ideally a single page web app but it's totally up to you what you would like to propose. I need a simple web app for user to login (using Facebook/Twitter/G+) and upload a photo - using a HTML5 page that'll result in a URL that can be shared. User can upload 3 photos and include description, location, guesses viewable and closing date of the guess post. Other users (after authenticating) getting to the URL will then be able to provide their guess and submit it. The original guess thread will show usernames and their guesses if original poster allowed guesses to be viewed, otherwise only show how many entries and time remaining. The results and all guesses will be revealed after the closing date/time. User can see history of their posts and guesses. This is the foundation of the simple webapp - web front end and RESTful API calls to the backend. There could be potential for further continuous improvement as a long term project if the deliverable is satisfactory. You will get a long term project at an hourly pay or by functions required.
