website for Property and household Rent and selling

I would like to make where user can publish there property for rent or sale. Secondly user should able to sell household item too I wanted the first page should have Buy sell rent and household item tab Similar to like [login to view URL] Then when they click house hold item In that subcategories should be there like Furniture Kichen appliance Washing machine Fridge Etc When some one giving the home on rent If it has house hold item which they want to sell while giving on rent They should have drop down option to Publish the item along which home rent advertisement showing selling item price separately The item which are publish even with house hold item should able to show in search if some one searching for example fridge
