I need a video of Motion design , that will be full of graphics, the applier should have a well structured portfolio with quite a good number of years in experience.
on top of that , I will most likely choose a freelancer speaking arabic because that's what the video will be in (Arabic language).
And we may need a voice actor that will have to speak in Arabic with a good voice.
The maximum amount I am willing to invest is a maximum of 20$ to 25$.
