Unreal Engine / Java HTML / Crossplattform

I am a owner of alot of website's i am looking for someone, that can build in Unreal Engine 4 and make it work in a regular Webbrowser. Simple? Dipends on who you are ... Are you loyal too your word and experient? I need Data base building, Unreal Engine experience. Animation maya / 3dsmax. Zipcode database. Registration, and taking/reciving orders. NO im not looking for someone who has side projects, i am looking for someone that want's function and succes, no joker business here, becuse there isn't time for that, be muture and experient. If you only thinking about price and payment, you are not the one. don't waste my time.
