Stop gap graphic design

We are losing a member of our in-house marketing department and need a freelancer to help support graphic design needs as we seek a replacement team member. We are a small non-profit health system based out of Newton, Kansas. We recently rebranded our organization and are still in the process of updating printed literature and other collateral. We need someone who can update materials to our new brand standards and ensure content does not exceed an 8th grade reading level. Much of the content already exists, but may need to be edited slightly for 8th grade standards. Many items will be simple updates using our design templates with refreshed images and new colors/fonts. Materials will have to be produced in Adobe InDesign. On occasion a new sign/flyer/poster may be needed to communicate special activities or changes in COVID-19 protocols. If the hiring process takes longer than we hope, developing creative for digital and social ads with possible animation may also be needed. I have uploaded a couple of before/after examples to help understand the needs. We used to be Newton Medical Center. We are now NMC Health.
