Site re-design-Need a new design for a PHP based system

Thank you.] Need to redesign a theme for this system [login to view URL] Notes: It is a design job, BUT rather than just creating PSD or HTML, it is changing the existing design in an MVC system to provide a new more professional, web 2.0 (more like reference site). So, some knowledge of Php is required just like in any MVC system. No features to be added to the existing system (just design). No logo required. The only front end needs to be changed. But the sections, pages in front-end whatever is there not have to be changed to the new look (can use the common theme as current design). Will provide some reference sites (but should not be 100% copy). Will need to approve the design before starting or completing the actual work. Change of structure, all icons, and color scheme. Need a clean, beautiful, modern and responsive design as per latest standards (that w3c validated). Not too heavy and cross browser compliant. Need your original work, cannot just integrate someone’s theme. All the files (HTML, JavaScript and used files) must be delivered in working state at the end of the job. Please provide portfolio of your previous design task with your proposal (link not image) Priority to a freelancer who can do it faster (we need it asap).
