Looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant, to help me with administrative task, personal task. Candidate must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Sheet, Microsoft Word and other App. Below are the job duties. Help handle some important document and email. Accurate inputting of data (time) on a daily basis and in timely manner Handling payroll payments on a bi-weekly basis Accurate reporting, and distribution of reports to appropriate individuals. Sends and receives small package deliveries. Performs other office related tasks as assigned or requested

Do you have a preferred timezone and schedule for this position? Will it be a temporary position? I worked at HBO as a Programming Scheduler for over 4 years (an administrative position) and currently handle the Communications of a building administration. However, my current job is sporadic, based on projects and presentations, so I'm in need of a more demanding position. Both jobs have demanded reports, automation and data managing. Therefore, I consider that I meet your requirements.
