Ongoing website and microsite design and build

We are a rapidly growing branding and design agency looking for London based web designers and developers to join our growing list of freelancers delivering projects for our clients. We have an in house core team who manage projects and work with freelancers to oversee project delivery. We have a new client we want to build a team around to run an agile workflow, delivering websites and microsites on a regular basis for their property and hospitality portfolio. The first project is a rapid turn around as the client needs to replace a badly designed and built website immediately for a PR campaign going live in March. The website needs to be built on wordpress to give the client a CMS they are familiar with to manage the content. A good knowledge of the wordpress API will be necessary, and an equally good knowledge of API's in general as the site may need to be connected to third party property websites. The client will also need to have all captured data fed to hubspot for lead nurturing. The site will be pushed from github to manage version control, and will need to be designed using either InVision or Adobe XD so the client can annotate and sign the project off accurately before we go to dev. Ideally for the delivery of this project we would like the person or persons to work from our office based in Islington to ensure a quick turn around and to allow us to implement an agile workflow with morning sprints and updates to the client daily. For this project we are happy to work with and would probably prefer to work with a separate person for design and for development. But would happily work with a team that are use to working together. Website initial scope: An eight to ten page site, with a fresh UX and clean, professional UI aimed at the lifestyle property market. The site will need to be built mobile first and have multiple call to actions across the pages and follow a story for the user journey funnelling the user to make a decision. Call to actions will need the contact information mapped to hubspot so the client may funnel the leads in to a lead nurturing process. Copy is almost complete and assets are readily available including video and imagery. SEO will be a small part of this project, but a basic understanding of Yoast would be helpful. The client has drawn up a basic flow for the user experience, but wireframes will need to be outlined before committing to design in either Invision or Adobe XD. Wordpress will need to be used for the CMS and we prefer developers who build form underscore as opposed to themes. You will be required to attend a scoping meeting with the client including a UX/UI workshop. The project will be managed in house by our team and daily calls with the client to discuss sprints are likely to happen throughout large parts of the project.
