new board design

For me our estate agency boards are our most important part of our branding. We have had people who have used us because they think they look amazing. However, we’ve been using the same ones now for 5 years and they are all looking a bit tiered so im getting all new ones printed. I think it’s an amazing opportunity to improve the design and put us back at the forefront of someone’s mind rather than background noise. Ive attached the boards we currently use (the designs and prints), some I like or have liked the look of and an idea I tried to create on paint but overall I don’t think it looks right. I have a few ideas you could choose to incorporate but this doesn’t have to be the case. Firstly, I think it would be really good to do a different shape. Generally all estate agency boards are the same shape. I think a different shape will help us stand out from the crowd. This one is a must. We sell a lot of houses. We have a higher percentage sold than any other agent I know. We have a lot of people comment on how many sold boards we have. Because of this its really important to me its easily distinguishable which houses are for sale and which are sold. As you will see from the attached images quite a few have a white line around the outside. The reason I sort of like this idea is because all the boards are printed with a white slip that goes into the post. Now this is never in properly and you can see a white edge on this. If the board itself has a white edge it just looks like its part of this. i could always just ask the printers to print the side slip in a different colour. Not only do we have for sale, sold, to let and let boards, but sold in 7 days, 14 days. 3weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks, 6 weeks, let in 7 days and 14 days. Theses are generally just slips that go over the for sale part so these will need designing too. Out of the other agents boards attached I have to say purple bricks is my favourite. You can see ive tried to recreate this for us bit I just think theres too much green in the bottom bit. i would say second is Alan batt and third Regan and Hallworth. So overall I want an amazing design that different and stands out from the crowd. Good luck!
