I need a transfer of assets contract created - Delaware to US citizen

Assets being transferred from an S-Corp to a sole trader. Every and all assets. The S-Corp will still exist but the individual will own all rights previously owned by the S-Corp. There are many transfer of asset contracts online, I just need them customized. It is for a Publishing company that produces novels/short stories/guides etc and assets include mailing lists, pen names, copyright and trademarks etc. I will give you all relevant information and you will customize the asset transfer contract for me. Will be for a DELAWARE company so being a Delaware local is a bonus. Experience in asset transfer is a plus. Pretty straight forward, don't apply if you're not either from the USA or currently in the USA.
