Machine learning system website similar to Akinator

First, let's set up I'm naming: Information 1) "Answer": the answer to the questions 2) "Match": the matched Data based on given "answers". 3) "Data": All the Data which the system will look for a match(es). Users: 1) "Admin": Who manages all site 2) "Network": Inner network to relate with Data 3) "Visitor": Who use Question and Answers to find best match. Expected features: Front end (for Visitors users): - Question should have specific alternative choices with thumbnails. It should include "Not sure" option. (Similar to [login to view URL]) - Matches are suggested on demand ordered by popularity (Similar to [login to view URL]) - Back button to fix wrong given answer (Similar to Akinator/ [login to view URL] by browser control) - Matches should open single pages when clicked. - Single Page will show - besides some informations - all related Network users. It needs to have some filter and order option, initially based on Geolocation. - Visitors could change their location if needed - Very light simple mobile-first front-end Back end (for Network users) - They should easily relate themselves with the Data they want. - Basic profile usage - They may Edit their profile, retrieve their passwords, etc Back end (for Admins) - Questions and answers should have a intuitive way to be Created, Updated and Edited. - Answers for questions should have be expansible. - Intuitive way to Create, Update and Edit the Data and related them with Questions and Answers - Admins could edit Network profiles - Admin could turn on or off Matches are suggested on demand if it starts to require high server usage. - It would be nice if the system could be initially set as Answers like Akinator (Fixed answers: yes, no, probably yes, probably no, not sure) or Answers like Identifont (Alternative choices entered by admin plus 'not sure') Core - It should work in simple server at first, so I'm expectting PHP, Mysql or a light framework MVC. - Built-in backup system AI Core - Data will only be inserted by Admins. There is no need for the website to learn new Data by Visitor. - System should know and learn the best next question to make, given more relevant and high eliminators questions first - Not all Data will be anwered by all the answered so it really needs a good architure. I think it is the basic of Binary Tree. - There is no minimal question. If system could find a match in fewer questions, the better. - As Akinator and Identifont, it would be great if system could consider the Visitor making a mistake in some of their answer.
