Looking for a website developer to build a bidding website

I need a unique bidding website which should be similer function wise like flippa but not seems to be copy n look a like flippa.. There should be 2 type of listing premium n basic, Premium should be paid with advance feature for bidding.. It will be base on bidding time which is set by users... N subcatogry like... Reserve met, most active, ending, sold n unsold listing.. Basic listing.. will be free only success fees will be taken.. There should be easy to use backend where everything can be monitored.. N fake user can be banned.. N at the time of registration should be all info need to be given.. After credit card n debit card entry n cell no. then user should be able to enrol himself completely.. More will be discussed with project winner only experienced developer need to bid.. Thank you
