PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST BEFORE RESPONDING! I am an independent listing representative for a yacht and rv brokerage. I am looking for someone to build me a website that is attractive that I can import listing via xml feeds and display them on my own website. I have purchased a few WordPress Themes for Automotive Dealerships and Realestate Companies but none of them are easily modified for my needs. I need to have advanced search abilities for users to search by specific criteria. I need the ability for users to submit free or paid listings. Need the website SEO friendly. Need it to be optimized to perform well with benchmark testing. (Quick loading pages) A single listing page that displays all listing data from custom fields dynamically so there I do not have to create individual listing pages for each unit. I can provide bought themes as a starting point or can purchase one I do not have. If we use WordPress, I would like it to be hidden. There will be 2 main listing types. There will be several Categories for each type And Subcategories for each of the Categories. REQUIREMENTS: Attractive Home / Landing Page Listings Archive Page(s) Single Listing Page(s) Advanced Search Signup page(s) XML imports Packages Features (Industry Specific) Examples of actual lisings that I will be importing and displaying are: [login to view URL] (RV) [login to view URL] (Boat) A couple of the themes I have found interest in are: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] PLEASE RESPOND WITH URLS TO FINISHED RELEVANT AND COMPARABLE PROJECTS YOU HAVE COMPLETED.
