Hi there, Thank you for considering my proposal. The base of the form will be designed in InDesign with interactive objects, then the more complex interactivity functions will be done in Adobe DC with JavaScript. There isn't much I can't do with interactive PDFs but still I do need to know what you've got in mind in terms of how the form should work for example when you say different parts will appear, is that an image or text field or all of those together.
