Edit car racing shirt

Hello, I have a mostly done project that I would like a few changes to. The png and psd files attached are going to be on the back of a t-shirt. Also attempting to change it to only four colors to decrease printing cost(Black, red, yellow and green). -Some of the lines/holes will not work on a t-shirt and I would like it to touched up to remove the printing errors that come with too small of lines/holes. -I would like the cars to have the appearance that they are farther apart from each other than they currently appear. -The cars should appear to be doing a small wheelie. -The things coming out of the hood on both cars should have a ring around them as the hoods have holes around them where the air intake is coming out of the engine. -I would like the red just underneath the windshield on the hood should be thinner, similar to the real photo attached. -The red on the lights needs to be the same shade as the car with red on it. -The other lights should be solid colors. -The gray on the pole attached to the lights needs to be black instead of gray.
