Hey, So we have this topsite page: [login to view URL] as you see it is looks totally messy. What we need is someone who can Re-Design is to look more like something like this: [login to view URL] The whole CSS/HTML structure can be found and edited inside the backend. So you will not need ANY FTP or cPanel access, and you wont get it. be prepared for that. ONLY bid with giving info about 1. how long it will take. 2. your final price.
