Design Page Templates (Wordpress)

We have a wordpress site with a theme installed and stock/demo data import. We are a services business and need "page templates" created so that we can then use it as our base for all text/info for each service page. We need the following pages designed: 1) Services Landing (All services, with links to their unique page) 2) Service 3) Case Study The design must be in line with our brand theme, which will be provided. It must match existing them well. Sales funnel oriented. We also, upon award will provide a list of required elements/functions. NDA: Prior to release of a/any payment(s) a non-disclosure will be required signed. Milestone: 25% funded on award, 25% funded on approved and completed services landing page, 25% upon completion of services pages, 25% funded when case study approved and complete. 100% released upon all requirements complete.
